While we take every step to prevent the possibility of a product being damaged during shipment, on occasion there is still freight damage. Upon delivery of your order, you must check the shock watch on the outside of the box and also inspect the product itself for any damage before signing any paperwork accepting delivery from the freight company. In order for us to give you a refund on the damaged product you must write ‘refused damaged’ on the bill of lading. If you do not write this on the bill of lading and discover any damage at a later date, Hydro Systems may not be able to refund your purchase or replace your order with a new product.
