The new, freestanding Coachella tub redefines bathing as an ethereal experience. Inspired by California’s prolific mid-century modern design found in the desert, its fluid form unfolds like butterfly wings on both sides for optimal comfort. Integrated lumbar support cradles the body, while a seamless integral pedestal elevates the bath to new heights. Paying homage to the spirit of openness and creativity reflected in the modernist ethos, Coachella is made from HydroLuxe SS™ tub, a fully customizable in color and finish. As with all Hydro Systems’ tubs, Coachella can be optimized with high-performing hydro therapies such as Cold Plunge, Hydro Indulge, and Hydro Fusion.

INSPIRATION | The Coachella bathtub celebrates the distinctive butterfly rooflines that defined Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley in the 1950s and 1960s. Popularized by architect William Krisel through projects like Twin Palms and Alexander tract, the butterfly roof is a hallmark of mid-century modernism architecture. Just as the butterfly silhouette defied conventional design, embracing openness and ingenuity, the Coachella tub elevates the bath to unprecedented levels. Its subtle, fluid V shape reimagines the roof’s iconic form, while its interior references the open and expansive desert landscape.
