Hydro Systems Highlights from Boutique Design New York
We’ve just returned from Boutique Design New York (BDNY), one of the leading annual events in the design and hospitality industry. The event was attended by over 8,000 design, architecture, and hotel professionals. We were honored that our Cold Plunge system was selected as a finalist for the Best of BDNY Product Awards in the Health and Wellness category. Honorees like Cold Plunge were selected for their functionality, creativity of design, use of materials, and innovation.
Several BDNY guests endured a chilling 3-minute Cold Plunge challenge and received a chic Parachute Home robe for their bravery.
Cold hydrotherapy is the practice of soaking in water that’s around 59°F (15°C) or less. The benefits of cold plunge therapy are myriad, including:
